Risca brought back Kurt Parsons and versatile Anthony Symons to their back division with Dan Webb plus Callum Anderson to the pack.
Senghenydd kicked off and within thirty seconds Owain Biddiscombe kicked a dropped goal to put Risca three points up.
Risca's pack immediately took charge and tries by Gareth Evans on seven minutes and Callum Anderson on ten minutes both tries from driving mauls, both conversation failed from the touch-line. Just fifteen minutes into the game Senghenydd forced Risca into giving a penalty away easily kicked from thirty mts.
Risca's front five put enormous pressure on with Dan Webb and Billy John, Owain Cooper stealing good possession just on the half hour, Biddy kicked a fine penalty and seven minutes later Captain Ton Crandon stole away and crashed over in the corner for try No3.
With the score 21 points to 3 points half-time.
Risca opened up the second half with an excellent run by Symons, he fed Kurt Parsons who put on the after burners to end up under the posts, Biddy took the extra's.
Matt James on the other wing also took his chance when he run from deep and handled three times to get his touch-down wide out.
Sub Liam Thomas got in on the act with some great support play to get try No6.
Senghenydd then took over with a blue-period and with Risca sleeping or chasing shadows the Saints scoped four converted tries.
But Risca woke up to keep the excitement going with try No7 and No8 which Marc Bale started and finished, with the speed man Kurt Parsons taking a great interception to run in under the posts, Biddy took the extra,s .
