With immediate effect, Louise Jenkyn and Matthew Dark will join the Board of Directors of Risca RFC. Both appointments will see a one club strategy continuing with Board representation for both the Mini & Junior sections of the club. It is also part of the club succession planning.
Louise is currently the Vice-Chairperson of the mini & junior section, and actively involved in the continued success of the growing numbers in the younger age groups at the club. Louise also brings experience, at Director level from running her own business.
Matt, probably needs very little introduction, having been involved at the club in several roles. Matt is currently the Secretary of the Mini & Junior section as well as the coach of the U14's. Matt still helps out the senior squad on occasions by donning his boots for a number of 1st team appearances last season. Again, Matt brings with him a wealth of experience in Health & Safety.
We welcome both Louise and Matthew into their new roles and I'm sure they will receive your support.
