Risca RFC is pleased to announce that Matthew Penny will join the club as 1st XV backs coach for the coming season.
Matthew joins the club having spent the past three seasons coaching Abertillery Youth and also a spell with Blaina senior XV.
In addittion. Mark Edwards (Eddie) is appointed as Team Manager for the 1st XV team.
We wish both Matthew and Eddie all the very best in their new roles.
