Jamie Baulch joins pre-season training

With pre-season training well under way, Jamie Baulch* (Olympic Athlete) joined the players and coached them in fitness and sprint technique training. A very well run session and was thoroughly enjoyed. Many thanks to Jamie for giving up his time to spend with the lads.

Pre-season training is going well and with a real buzz in the squad, sessions have been very well attended and enjoyed.  Training is on Tuesdays and Thursday at 6:30pm.  There are also additional strength and conditioning sessions being held on the club indoor 3G from 8:00am until 9:00am on Saturday mornings. Last week saw well over 20 players attending.
