Yesterday at the Wales v Fiji game at the Millennium Stadium MIke Dowling was presented with his Wales cap. Mike played for Wales against USA and also Canada in 1979. However, at the time caps were not awarded for these games. Recently, the WRU have reviewed this and decided that caps should have been awarded.
Mike played for Risca and then for Newbridge.
Well done Mike, a precious moment with your precious Welsh rugby top accolade.
