The LLanishen Lions were tamed with a comprehensive victory by 43pts.-10 on a day when Risca ran in 7tries.

Rhys Meredith returned at scrum half,Tom Driver and Mike Burke came in on the wings while on the bench saw the return of prop Billy John after breaking his jaw at Garndiffaith and the inclusion of  Youth team players Taylor Dimmick and Deri Roberts.

Risca took the lead after 10 mins.when from a lineout the ball was moved to centre Leighton Burrows who broke through and handed onto flanker Gareth Evans who touched down under the posts with Biddy adding the extras.Llanishen reduced the arrears with a penalty before Risca extended the lead when full back Bale went over in the corner.On 37mins.the lead was increased when some slick handling saw Gareth Smith go over in the corner.But right on halftime the home side reduced the arrears when they were awarded a penalty try which was converted to make the half time score 17pts.-10.

The second half was 22mins.old before Risca extended the lead when impressive centre Burrows crossed for Biddy to convert.This was followed on 28mins.by another Burrows try again converted by Biddy.The home side now had lost the will to compete and Risca turned the screw with further tries from Biddy and Jordan Hughes.This was an impressive display from Risca with everyone contributing.Congrats to Owen Biddescombe and Gareth Smith on reaching 100gamesfor the club and to Deri Roberts on making his debut.
